Ceremony Package

Some locations require sound so that your guests can hear your “I Do’s” as clearly as you say them. We can provide a small PA system to make sure that you have all of your guest feel like they are a part of your wedding. We can set our equipment far enough away so that your photos are not affected. Not only do you get a microphone for your officiant and special music for your events, but we also have background music included for 30 minutes before your ceremony. We do require you to provide at least a 15-amp outlet within 100 feet of your location, but we take care of the rest.



Generally, we will include mileage with our ceremony packages, when they are combined with our reception services. If your ceremony is more than 5 miles from your reception hall, we will also add mileage from the reception hall and back because we set up for the reception before your ceremony. This gives us the smoothest transition possible so that your guests always have that background music that keeps the night moving.


Special Equipment

Sometimes power is not an option. Maybe you have something special needed for live musicians. We can help out. This is unfortunately uncommon, and we would need to have exact specifications for what is needed. If at any time you are looking at certain gear, let us know and we can work out a price to rent some of the equipment we have that you may need.
