We want to be as simple with our pricing as possible, so what you see is what you get. Sales tax is included with the price, and our packages are designed to start when the introductions begin until the end of your party. We also include 2 hours of set up time and an in-person meeting (if applicable) the week before your event. Tear down is always free, and all of our prices are up to the requested hours of service. We understand that weddings can take a lot out of you and do not want you to feel like you have to stay at your own event.
The Standard Show includes up to 5 hours of service. We will bring the PA system with lighting effects for dancing. We bring the music, MC your event, and even help pre-plan by providing an event template to help you choose songs and events you want at your party. During down time, we also cater to you and your guests by personally asking for requests. This helps ensure that we pick the right music for your crowd, and also helps us keep track of how soon we should start thinking about moving on to the next event. We will coordinate with your hall staff and make sure that everything is ready to flow smoothly so you have more dancing time!
The Premium Show is the next step up. We add an extra hour of service, bring extra lighting effects, and if allowed by the event hall, can bring a fog machine to really make those extra lights stand out! As always, you and your guests come first, so expect our detailed service to hand pick your custom party.
Brand New to 2023, we have added another option to entertain your guests. Just like our Premium Show, we include 6 hours of service. We have also added lighted totems and bring 4 up lights to add more ambiance to your event. The Platinum Show is the only package we have that grantees 2 DJ’s bringing you unmatched service for your perfect event.
Sometimes the party just won’t stop. We understand that some crowds want more, and we are more than happy to keep playing as long as the hall/ city ordinances will allow it. We do recommend that extra time is decided the night of the event but can add it in before if you know that you’re ready to dance.
Early Set Up Fee
Cocktail hours are very popular and can very quickly add a bunch of extra time while your guests are waiting for you. During cocktail hours we play background music and wait for you to arrive while your guest grab refreshments and mingle. If you need us to play extra background music for your guests, we have a pro-rated hourly rate. We can also make announcements during this time if requested to do so.
We are located by Brushy Creek Lake Park in Cedar Park Texas. Because we do not have a public office, all mileage will be figured from that location to your event. In person meetings will be at a central location for both parties, and will not factored in, unless special circumstances will require that fee.
